*All prices and delivery times are based upon receipt of print-ready pdf files that meet specifications included in the purchase order. PRE-PRINTS: The equipment used to insert pre-prints is set to insert within a standard margin of error. Pre-prints which have been inserted within a five percent margin (i.e., + or -) will be considered to have been inserted in full. In additions, when advertisers run multiple inserts during a month, the combined total number of inserts inserted will be compared to the total number of inserts ordered to determine if ordered to determine if ordered pre-prints have been fulfilled.
